Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital educational products:

  • All sales are generally final once course access has been granted.

However, refund requests may be considered under limited circumstances:

Eligible scenarios may include:

  • Duplicate purchase
  • Billing error
  • Technical failure preventing course access

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

Refund approval is at the sole discretion of Healing Proper LLC.

Chargebacks

Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback without first contacting support may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of course access
  • Termination of the user account
  • Legal recovery efforts for course fees

Course Conduct Policy

Students enrolled in instructor-led programs must maintain respectful conduct.

Prohibited behaviors include:

  • Harassment or disruptive behavior
  • Academic dishonesty
  • Unauthorized recording or distribution of sessions

Violations may result in removal from the course without refund.

Certification Policy

Where certification is offered:

  • Students must complete required coursework
  • Meet grading standards
  • Submit assessments where applicable

Certificates are issued only after successful completion.

Platform Use Policy

Users agree not to:

  • Attempt unauthorized access to platform systems
  • Disrupt platform operations
  • Use automated tools to scrape or copy content

Violations may result in account termination.
