All materials, including but not limited to the Rubix™ Systems-Thinking Model, curriculum designs, and the Documented Readiness Decision rubrics, are the exclusive property of HP-SCA.

  • Limited License: Students are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use course materials for personal professional development only.

  • Prohibited Use: You may not reproduce, redistribute, or sell our proprietary systems-thinking frameworks without express written consent from the owner.

2. Disclosure of Institutional Status

By using this site, you acknowledge that Healing Proper LLC Short Course Academy is an intentionally non-accredited institution.

  • We prioritize industry-ready, practical training and agility over bureaucratic accreditation standards.

  • The value of our certificates lies in the verified workforce competence and the Portfolio of Evidence provided by the student.

3. Student Conduct & Cohort Participation

To maintain our human-centered instruction environment, all students must:

  • Engage professionally within their assigned cohorts.

  • Complete the Capstone Requirement to be eligible for a Readiness Decision.

  • Respect the intellectual property of peers and instructors.

4. Documented Readiness Decisions

A “Readiness Decision” is an evaluation of performance based on our internal standards and rubrics.

  • While these decisions serve as proof of competence, Healing Proper LLC Short Course Academy does not guarantee specific employment outcomes.

  • The portfolio of work remains the student’s best tool for demonstrating readiness to third parties.

5. Limitation of Liability

Healing Proper LLC Short Course Academy provides training “as is” and is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our website or the application of our training in professional settings.
